Great Times will meet with you in advance to review the particulars of your event and start planning & preparing your 'Feature' video (DVD):
Gather past pictures applicable to your video
Gather new pictures to add to your video
Gather new short video clips to edit into your video before the event
Combine all the above material into a your 'feature' video for event

STAGE - TWO
Capture video footage and hi-lights during your event

Post-Production:
This stage includes adding to the already pre-produced portion of your DVD and completing the project.  Or start your DVD at this stage with the footage captured at your event and create a post 'Feature' video (DVD).
EVENT AGENDA (On screen) PRESENTATIONS: 
Add this valuable option to your event!  We will work with you to prepare a Powerpoint presentation that will follow the agenda hi-lights.  Your event will have that 'unique' touch with the addition of a big screen and your Event Agenda (on screen) Presentation.
